AdSpyfy is built to help you study public ads without turning your research into a data trail.

What the extension accesses

AdSpyfy reads the public Meta Ad Library page or Google Ads Transparency Center page you are already viewing, at human-scale pacing. For Google, it also reads the rendering assets requested by that page from displayads-formats.googleusercontent.com and tpc.googlesyndication.com. It does not use Meta private APIs or Meta credentials, and it does not crawl either service in the background. Access to an AI provider's domain is requested only when you save that provider's key, and only for the provider you chose. Optional destination access is requested only for the specific advertiser landing page you choose, after you click Archive landing page, to capture one page at a time. It never runs in the background or in bulk, and a destination may block the request. Saved landing responses are shown as plain-text source, never opened as live pages. Decline it and every non-AI feature keeps working.

Where your data lives

Ad data and your AI keys stay in your browser's local IndexedDB or chrome.storage.local. Your saved ads, notes and tags are yours to manage.

You can delete everything AdSpyfy holds at any time: "Clear harvest" empties the ad pool, removing an item from the swipe file deletes it, and uninstalling the extension removes the entire local database. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to request from us and nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Licence data

If you buy a Lifetime licence, our licence endpoint stores your licence key, the tier, the device count and activation timestamps, plus a random device UUID per activation. That is all it stores. It never receives your AI key, your harvested ads, your notes, your searches or your IP-linked identity, and it is never used for analytics or marketing.

Network calls

Network calls are limited to Meta, Google, the advertiser destination you explicitly choose to capture, the AI provider you choose, and our licence endpoint. The licence endpoint receives only a licence key and a random device UUID. Your AI key is sent directly from your browser to your selected provider and never to us.

What we do not use

There is no analytics, tracking, telemetry, remote code, advertising identifier, or sale of data.
